Who Should (or Shouldn't) Use kGoal
kGoal & Pregnancy
We recommend talking to your doctor about when/whether they recommend using kGoal during pregnancy and the postpartum recovery period. Generally speaking, we recommend waiting for at least the first 6 weeks after delivery.
Comfort
If you experience pain while using kGoal, please stop and consult with a medical professional. If you know that you have discomfort with vaginal insertion, kGoal is probably not right for you, but you may be interested in our Sit-On-Top Kegel Trainer called Boost that measures your Kegels as you sit on it (with your clothes on).
If you have pelvic pain, you should see a pelvic floor physical therapist before embarking on Kegels or pelvic floor strengthening (with or without one of our products); Kegels will not be helpful (or can even exacerbate the problem) if the pain is caused by hypertonic (overly tense) pelvic floor muscles.

Warranty and Return Policy
We have an excellent 2-year warranty that covers defective products. We also have a 14-day return period during which you may return an unopened kGoal product (still in the sealed packaging) for a full refund.

I really like this device! I love that there is nothing insertable and I like being able to make a customized workout as well. So far I have been sticking with my routine more than in the past.

This is so much better than the silly contraption I had that had a pressure gauge on it and was terrible and so I never used it. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and so I need to do strengthening. I just started using kGoal but I can really feel the muscles down there working! I'm excited to keep it going and finally get my body working properly.

I am very happy with the product! It works really well as a biofeedback but I like the vibration to help with squeezing. I also like the option for setting up your own workout but I will have to work a little bit more with that. I'm not great with technology but it is very user friendly which I like.

Problem z nietrzymaniem moczy występował podczas zwykłych czynności jak kichanie, kaszel, podnoszenie cięższych rzeczy i podczas ćwiczeń np. wyskoki, ćwiczenia z obciążeniem. Nie mogłam również biegać za córką.
